Most of the positive reviews make mention of the staff which is a good sign and something that is usually more typical with small independent pet shops. A few reviews also mention keen pricing. It’s probably true that a large chain with greater buying power can undercut a small local pet shop but it’s also true that buying online is often cheaper again since they don’t have the same overheads as retail shops.
